For Canva creators, small-business owners, marketers and brand teams producing presentations, social assets and short videos

What you’re up against

Built around the hardest parts of the work

A useful template starts with a clear message. Learn to prompt for individual brand assets, run recurring content preparation through supervised proactive agents, and direct a Factory of proactive AI agent teams that keeps a small campaign consistent across formats. Make useful, readable content that stays faithful to the brand while handling changing copy, repeated formats and approval deadlines. Keep the editable source, current facts and final export connected.

Your path

3 courses, in the order to take them

Each one builds on the one before. Start wherever fits: the placement check in each course sets your level.

  1. Start here

    Canva Pro AI Intro

Write a clear brief and facts sheet, prompt Canva AI for copy and layout, adapt the design to a pin, a story and a short video plan, and check every file at the size a buyer sees it.

    • Write a one-page design brief (audience, message, format, action) and a facts sheet. Keep required brand elements apart from optional directions.
    • Prompt for several headline, support-line and call-to-action options, then pick one by comparing meaning and reading order.
    • Build a small editable Canva layout, refine the AI's first output by hand and keep the editable source next to every export.

  2. Go further

    Canva Pro AI Intensive

Build intake, copy, template, video and checking agents in OpenAI Dots or Claude Duet. Each gets a written remit, a named owner and a tested way to pause. Nothing ships without your approval.

    • Write a one-page remit for each recurring job. The remit names what starts the agent (a single run or a continuing brief), which files and approved connections it may use, where its work lands, who settles what it can't, and the check that closes the run.
    • Assign every agent action one of three settings: always allowed, needs approval, or never. Publishing and deleting a master are always set to never run automatically.
    • Build an intake agent in OpenAI Dots or Claude Duet that structures incoming requests, merges duplicates and leaves missing fields blank instead of filling them. It asks the owner no more than twice, then pauses.

  3. Master it

    Canva Pro AI Capstone

Connect Brief and Copy, Design and Video, and Release Review through one record. Carry a late change through every format, then hand each item to a named person for publishing approval.

    • Assign three campaign agent teams (Brief and Copy, Design and Video, Release Review), give each a clear deliverable and one named human owner, and connect them through one shared campaign record holding facts, copy versions, editable links, exports and approvals
    • Write handoff standards based on what the end buyer sees, and give each receiving team the right to refuse incomplete copy or an inconsistent set, logging refusals as well as acceptances
    • Set up OpenAI Dots or Claude Duet to follow the approved record across team handoffs and return checked copy, versioned design requests and items awaiting publication approval
