Terms
Last updated October 27, 2026
By creating an account or buying a course on C-O-U-R-S-E-S.com you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; an account is for one person. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Buying a course
- Each course’s page says what you get, the price, and how long you have access (for a set number of days, or for good).
- Subscriptions, including All-access, renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing and receipts in your learning dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, which also sends your receipts.
- Refunds are as stated on the course’s page. If something is wrong with a course, contact us and we’ll put it right.
Lessons written by AI
Lessons, quizzes and tutor replies are written by AI, with automated checks, and they can still be wrong or out of date. Courses teach general knowledge; they aren’t legal, medical, financial or other professional advice for your situation.
Learn Anything
With All-access you can ask for a course on almost any topic, within a monthly allowance. We decline requests outside the topics we teach, or whose main use would be to cause harm. Your personal courses are private to you.
Using the material
Courses are for your own learning. Please don’t copy, resell or publish them. What you write here (notes, questions, attached material) stays yours.
Certificates
A certificate shows you completed a course on this site. It isn’t an accredited qualification.
Fair use
Don’t try to break, overload or misuse the site, the tutor or other learners’ accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site running and the courses accurate, but we can’t promise they’ll always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any loss is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll say so on the site before it applies.
