What you’ll be able to do
By the end, you can…
How it works
A tutor that meets you where you are
- Lessons that adapt to your levelThere are 31 hands-on lessons across nine modules, and each one is done with Manus open. The explanations adjust to what you already know, so a controller and a new FP&A analyst can both work at the right depth.
- An AI tutor you can ask anythingType a question or ask it out loud. For example: why your variance table doesn't tie, which connector scope to choose, or how to tighten a brief before you spend credits.
- Quizzes and flashcards for every lessonShort quizzes and flashcards are tied to each lesson's content, such as plan limits, safe settings and review steps, so the details stick.
- Progress tracking and a certificateTrack your progress through the modules. You'll receive a certificate of completion when you finish.

Who it’s for
Made for you if…
Made for: CFOs, controllers, FP&A teams, accountants and finance operations professionals
CFOs and controllers
You own the pack and the signature. You need to know what Manus can carry, what it must never touch, and how to review its work the way a senior reviews a first-year's.
FP&A analysts
You write variance commentary and KPI packs every month. You'll learn to brief Manus so its drafts come back with formulas, a source table and flagged assumptions, and with causes not stated as fact without evidence.
Accountants and finance operations staff
You handle invoices, payables and receivables. You'll set up read-only intake and aging watches with duplicate checks and drafts-only chasers, and Manus never pays, approves or posts anything.
Questions
Good to know
Which Manus plan do I need?
Free is enough to start. As of October 28, 2026 it gives 300 daily credits, usable only on Manus 2.0 Lite and capped at 1,500 a month. Some lessons need Pro, listed from $20 and from $40 a month, for Wide Research, slides and more scheduled tasks. Confidential data belongs on a Team plan, listed from $20 per seat a month, which includes a data-training opt-out. A $200 Pro tier is reported by third parties but isn't confirmed on an official page. Prices change, so check manus.im/pricing before you buy.
Is Manus available in my country?
Manus doesn't publish a list of supported countries, and access has been blocked in mainland China since mid-2025. Confirm at sign-up that Manus is offered where you are. The course does not cover ways around regional, account or plan limits.
Can I use my company's real data?
Practise with sample or anonymized exports. Before you put confidential data in Manus, get approval from your organization or from the person who approves cloud tools. The course has you write a never-upload list that covers credentials, bank logins, payroll, tax IDs, card data, customer identifiers, and material nonpublic financial information on Free or Pro.
Will Manus send, pay or post anything?
Not in this course. Every workflow is set up so Manus prepares work for review: Skip confirmations stays off, connectors are read-only and payment or publishing connectors stay unconnected. Chaser emails are drafts only. Manus never moves cash, posts journal entries or files returns.
What should I know before starting?
You should know month-end close, actual-versus-budget variance analysis and management reporting. You should be comfortable with Excel formulas and pivots, and with tying totals to a source. You also need to be able to export a P&L, trial balance, budget or aged receivables report to CSV or Excel.
Is Manus still owned by Meta?
No. Manus resumed independent operations in September 2026, and Manus 2.0 shipped on September 28, 2026. Screens may differ from older guides, and the course says where a menu name isn't confirmed.
Are the course outputs audit-ready or advice?
No. Course outputs are practice work, not audit opinions, tax advice, valuations or forecast guarantees. A named person in your organization reviews anything before it's used.
What isn't covered?
The course doesn't cover proactive multi-agent setups on Dots or Claude Duet, the reporting Factory, custom MCP servers, the Manus API, Zapier, public website deployment, Cue and agent payments, or image, video and music generation.
