What’s included

Every course, in the order to take them

  1. 1
    Legal AI Chief of Staff

Build a supervised assistant that prepares the morning brief, meeting prep, follow-up drafts, deadline warnings and weekly review. Every item has a source, and nothing goes out until a person approves it.

    • Write standing instructions that define the agent's role, permitted sources, never-read list, approval rules and reporting format for a legal practice, and get the attorney to sign them off
    • Choose a platform that the firm approves and that the learner can actually get (Claude Duet, OpenAI dots, Claude or ChatGPT scheduled tasks, or Microsoft 365 Copilot), and set it up with the least access that works
    • Schedule a weekday morning brief that ranks what needs the attorney today, gives the deadline sweep at T-30, T-14, T-7 and T-2 with each date marked unverified until docketing confirms it, tags every item with its source, and lists what it could not check

  2. 2
    Meta Muse for Legal Teams

A hands-on course for attorneys, paralegals and in-house teams. Give Muse the least access that works, then run four standing tasks that cite their sources, keep client data out and stop for your approval.

    • Decide whether a task belongs in Muse by checking its availability, plan limits, Meta's terms and Meta's data access against ABA Formal Opinion 512 (or the local equivalent) and your firm's AI policy
    • Configure a separate Muse account with training off, connectors and web access set to Always ask, Allow once as the default approval, and Memory that holds no client information
    • Write task prompts that name your role, jurisdiction, permitted sources and stop points, keep facts apart from allegations and open questions, and mark anything unverified as [CHECK]

  3. 3
    Grok Bot for Legal Teams

Set up Grok Bot safely, then build four bots for standing matter work and put them on tested routines. Each one cites its sources, and a named attorney reviews every result before it is used.

    • Decide whether Grok Bot fits a given legal workflow. Tell it apart from Grok chat Custom Agents and bots built on the Grok API, and check plan eligibility and vendor approval before connecting any matter system.
    • Configure a Grok Bot account for legal work: firm accounts only, unneeded send, delete and signature tools turned off, Auto-review on with Ask-first rules, local execution set to Never allow, no cards in Vault, and notifications on.
    • Write a bot's setup instructions that state its one job, permitted sources, approval limits, citation rules and stop conditions. Treat document and email content as data, not instructions, and keep allegations, facts and open questions separate.

  4. 4
    Manus for Legal Teams

A hands-on course for attorneys, paralegals and in-house teams: set up Manus with the least access that works, brief it on memos, chronologies and contract reviews, and verify the results at the source.

    • Decide whether Manus fits a given matter. Account for plan, credits, regional availability, the data-training terms of each plan, and the firm's and client's approval, and confirm current terms on the official pages.
    • Configure a Manus workspace with the least access that works: a Team plan with SSO for client work, read-only connectors, Allow Once for local commands, Skip confirmations left off, and no privileged or identifying client material in unapproved workspaces.
    • Write a long-task brief and a Project master instruction that state role, client position, jurisdiction, permitted sources, approval checkpoints and output format, then approve or edit the plan in Plan Mode before Manus builds.
